Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which ANNA DIGI may issue refunds or process cancellations for our digital marketing services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. By making a payment to ANNA DIGI, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve significant time, effort, research, and resource allocation from the moment a project begins, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. ANNA DIGI is committed to delivering quality work and will always attempt to resolve any concerns before processing a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@annadigi.site with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name/Company Name]" and must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service Type

2.1 One-Time Project Services (Website Audit, SEO Audit, Campaign Setup, etc.)

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started (within 24 hours of payment and before the project kickoff), you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee
  • After work has started but before delivery: A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated as: Total Payment minus (Hourly Rate x Hours Worked) minus Processing Fee
  • After delivery: No refund will be issued once the deliverables have been provided to the Client, as the service has been fully rendered

2.2 Monthly Retainer Services (Ongoing SEO, Social Media Management, etc.)

  • Current month: If you cancel a monthly retainer service, the payment for the current month is non-refundable, as resources and work have already been allocated
  • Advance payments: If you have made advance payments for future months, those payments will be refunded in full within 15 business days
  • Cancellation notice: A minimum of 15 days written notice is required to cancel monthly retainer services. Cancellation requests received after the 15th of the month will take effect from the following month

2.3 Advertising Spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Important: Any advertising spend (ad budget) paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., is non-refundable by ANNA DIGI. These payments are made directly to the advertising platforms and are subject to their respective refund policies. ANNA DIGI has no control over and assumes no responsibility for refunding advertising spend. For ad spend refunds, you must contact the respective advertising platform directly.

2.4 Consultation & Strategy Sessions

  • Before the session: If you cancel a paid consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours before: A 50% cancellation fee will apply
  • No-show: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued
  • After the session: Consultation fees are non-refundable after the session has been conducted

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Third-party tool subscriptions or licenses purchased on behalf of the Client
  • Domain registration and hosting fees paid on behalf of the Client
  • Stock images, fonts, or other digital assets purchased for the project
  • Completed and delivered work that has been approved by the Client
  • Services where the Client has breached the Terms of Service

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the following process will apply:

  • Step 1: Submit your refund request via email to info@annadigi.site
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  • Step 3: If additional information is needed, we will contact you for clarification
  • Step 4: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Step 5: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, etc.)

Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we strongly encourage you to contact us first to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, which may include:

  • Revising or redoing the work at no additional cost
  • Providing additional services or deliverables to address the shortfall
  • Offering a credit toward future services
  • Issuing a partial or full refund where appropriate

6. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. We will review your concerns and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Revision: We will revise the work based on your specific feedback (up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in standard projects)
  • Credit: A service credit may be offered toward future work
  • Partial Refund: In cases where the work significantly deviates from the agreed scope, a partial refund may be considered

Please note that dissatisfaction with marketing results (e.g., lower-than-expected traffic, rankings, or conversions) does not constitute grounds for a refund, as digital marketing outcomes are influenced by many external factors beyond our control. Please refer to Section 9 of our Terms of Service for details.

7. Cancellation by ANNA DIGI

ANNA DIGI reserves the right to cancel or terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • The Client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • The Client's business or requested services involve illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities
  • The Client repeatedly fails to provide necessary information, access, or approvals despite multiple requests
  • The Client breaches the Terms of Service or any service agreement
  • The Client engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our team

In such cases, ANNA DIGI will provide the Client with completed work up to the date of cancellation. Refunds will be determined based on the work completed and resources expended.

8. Changes to This Policy

ANNA DIGI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your payment will apply to your transaction.
